Poisson cru

1 kg good white fish - in chunks
juice of 5-6 limes
2 c coconut cream
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped

Marinade fish in lime for a day, drain and combine with the other ingredients. A little minced fresh chilli could be added.
